There are some factors that you as a donor must bear in mind.
Most important are the following:

License transfer.
Where your company volume license information is still active. We will remove your license and provide user with refurbished hardware license from Microsoft.

Hardware/Software upgrades.
Since some machines may actually have been put aside for recycling because of hardware failure, we will inspect, where possible, we will replace defective component with refurbished component that may cost less than a quarter of a new component. Afterwards, this piece of hardware can be delivered to you intended recipient.

Delivery, Installation and Configuration.
You wouldn't want your act of charity to turn into a headache to your donees, by subscribing to our service; we will ensure that your donated hardware is installed with the necessary software and the right configuration to fit the intended use of the recipient.

Decommissioning.
Decommissioning is one of the most important of item to be considered when donation or offering a piece of hardware.
What will happen to your data? Will your data not fall into the wrong hands?

Since the simple act of sending data to the recycle bin and purging the recycle bin does not actually delete the data off the hard drive, we will ensure that all drives containing sensitive information are either properly sanitized before re-use, or shredded.
